Registration fees include:

- access to all scientific sessions on September 20, 21 in Turin and 22 in Ispra;
- coffee breaks and buffet lunches;
- transfer to and from Ispra;
- welcome cocktail reception on September 19;
- social dinner on September 20;
- city tour “Turin under the stars” on September 21.

POST- WORKSHOP TOUR "Discover the beauty of Lake Maggiore", Friday September 23

Participation fee: EUR 180,00, VAT 22% included
The participation fee includes:
-  Bus transfer from and to Turin;
-  one overnight (bed and breakfast treatment in single room) on September 22;
-  lunch on September 23 (beverages included);
-  guided tour by bus including boat trip to the Borromean Islands (Isola Bella and Fischermen’s Island) and entry ticket to Isola Bella.

N.B. A minimum number of participants is required for the post-workshop tour organization. September is high-season for the Lake Maggiore region. If you are interested, please book as soon as possible.


CANCELLATION POLICY FOR WORKSHOP REGISTRATION

- There will be no penalty for registration cancellations received up to 75 days before the first day of the conference. The full amount paid minus a processing fee (20 Euros) and wire transfer or credit card costs will be refunded.
- A cancellation fee of 50% of the full registration fee plus a processing fee (20 Euros) and wire transfer or credit card costs will be applied for cancellations received between 74 to 45 days before the first days of the workshop.
- A cancellation fee of 75% of the full registratoin fee plus a processing fee (20 Euros) and wire transfer or credit card costs will be applied for cancellations received between 44 to 20 days before the first day of the workshop.
No refund will be issued for cancellations received less than 20 days before the first day of the workshop.


CANCELLATION POLICY FOR THE POST WORKSHOP TOUR

- There will be no penalty for cancellations received by June 28, 2016
- No refund will be issued for cancellations received after June 28, 2016

All cancellations must be sent in writing via e-mail (resilience@symposium.it) to the workshop secretariat. Cancellation confirmation will be sent within one week.

Liability
Registered conference participants agree that neither the Organising Committee nor the conference Secretariat are liable or assume any responsibility for damage or injuries to persons or property during the conference. Participants are advised to arrange for their own health, travel and personal insurances. The Conference organization does not cover individuals against cancellation of bookings, theft or damage to belongings.
